It was a beautiful day on Saturday, Feb 4th: Jenna and Justin’s wedding day. The sunny sky matched the bright smiles on their faces as they said ‘I do’ at the Payson LDS temple in Utah. It was an unforgettable occasion, and I was so honored to have been chosen as their wedding photographer.
The bride and groom chose a traditional LDS ceremony with modern touches to create a unique experience for all in attendance.
The ceremony was extra special due to the couples’ heartfelt vows, the meaningful symbolism of the rings, the powerful temple sealing that unified them as husband and wife for all time and eternity. And what better way to end such a momentous occasion than with a glowing recessional?
The Payson Utah LDS temple provided an incredibly romantic setting for the ceremony. We captured shots of Jenna and Justin walking hand-in-hand along the path leading up to the temple, smiling brilliantly despite the cold weather outside. When they finally arrived at their destination, we captured them sharing a sweet kiss on the temple steps before entering for their special moment together.
Afterward, guests were invited to join the newlyweds at Chillon Reception Center for dinner and dancing under the stars.
There was plenty of joy to share! The newlyweds were surrounded by candles lit along tables expressing love towards one another while dancing in circles with close family members throughout what felt like a timeless evening together.
I am thrilled that I got to be part of this special day by capturing all its unique details on camera so that they can look back on these treasured memories fondly throughout their lives together.
